Sorry, we are not able to process cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Only employee orders will be fulfilled at this time.

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY FOR CDSDP EMPLOYEES
There is no shipping/delivery fee for employee purchases. All orders will be delivered to the employee's main work site once a week (schedule varies by location). Be sure to input your clinic information (or Corporate address for Corporate employees) as the Shipping address during checkout; we will not be able to fulfill orders where the proper shipping destination is not entered. Orders will not be shipped to home addresses.
